What is Motivational Maps?
Created in the UK through extensive research into human motivation, it is a self-perception inventory that instigates lasting change for individuals, teams and organisations. The outcome is a report that provides strategies for optimising individual, team and organisational performance.
Motivational mapping is a relatively simply, powerful technology that provides a common language and set of constructs to understand and shape the forces (or motivators) that shape our behaviour, especially at work.
