With over 25 years of professional experience across corporate, educational and NFP sectors, Kathryn delivers coaching & development through proactive, customised & meaningful programs & consultation in the areas of careers, wellbeing & leadership to staff, youth & parents/community. Founded in solution-focussed wellbeing practices, Kathryn is energised by change & creating optimism in uncertainty. Dedicated to improving the wellbeing of others, her work with individuals, organisations & educational institutions identify potential through increased motivation & engagement. Providing evidence through assessment to support candid transformational conversations with compassion, Kathryn is highly trained in Clifton’s Strengths Finder © and its student program, along with Motivational Youth Maps © which she leads for Australia. Through analysis, these tools also provide robust engagement and motivational data to educators and schools, allowing them to respond to their communities’ unique needs in a targeted and methodical manner.

Currently Director with Wellbeing Australia, country lead for Motivational Youth Maps © and Director of Turning Point Consulting, a Centre of Excellence: Leadership, Change & Wellbeing (ACPi). With a devotion to education, she has worked in human resources, leadership and coaching, across K-12 in Department, Catholic and Independent schools with leadership, staff, students and community. Embedding positive professional learning, she emphasises resilience, empowerment, motivation and engagement. Receiving recognition for her work in educational leadership with a focus on transition for staff and students, she was awarded Honorary Fellowship from the Teachers Guild of NSW and a Career Management Fellowship from ICCI. Educating others in leadership, wellbeing & careers, her value is clear through local and global response to her work.
