Meet Sailesh Rao. Sailesh has  over 16 years of experience in the Australian Public Service and Defence Industry, specialising in Leadership, Governance, Assurance and Program Management.

As part of his expertise, Sailesh has been engaged in business planning workshops, LEAN workshops, facilitation, driving change in the major government departments, managing large scale projects and measuring business performance. Working in partnership with Marie Ball Consulting, Sailesh’s goal is to raise the awareness of Motivational Mapping in Australia.
