Marie Ball
Marie Ball is one of seven Senior Motivational Map Practitioners globally for Motivational Maps, representing Australia and New Zealand. Marie has a long history working with people to help them find their fit – from the Not for Profit and private sectors through to the Commonwealth with local and state agencies in between.
A highly experienced professional development and HR specialist who has guided employees and senior executives on issues associated with individual and workplace performance.
Marie has a knack of bringing out the best in people by encouraging them to better understand what motivates them – what they can do to leverage strengths and work on weaknesses – in order to build and maintain workplace relationships and take control of their careers.
When applied across teams, Marie’s skills have proven to help to create high performing and positive work environments. She does this by using a range of tools including the Motivational Map® which is a self-perception online inventory that assists individuals, teams and their organisations to identify, explore and plan using an increased understanding of individual and team motivators.
She thrives on sharing her knowledge and experience with students both locally and in International Universities lecturing in Organisational Behaviour, Global Project Management and Human Resource Management.
Marie has a Masters in Human Resource Management, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Management of Community Services, Cert IV in Workplace and Business Coaching. Certified HR Professional at Australian Human Resources Institute. Senior Practitioner for Australia/New Zealand and works in Sweden for Motivational Maps. Marie is also a Director on the Board of Wellbeing Australia.
