Simone Ey

Simone has over 25 years of senior executive human resources, organisational development, coaching and change experience. She works with clients to design and implement HR strategy and Capability programs focusing on workforce planning, leadership development, organisational design, change management, professionalisation and performance management.
Simone’s extensive private and public sector experience has seen her specialise in cultural reform, capability enablement, functional transformation, psychosocial risk reductions and program optimisation. Her professional roles have enabled her to hone senior stakeholder relationship skills and lead the development and implementation of AIC and workforce initiatives across $bn Defence bids and programs. She has designed and implemented significant leadership frameworks, capability programs, workforce planning strategies, frameworks, and policies.
Simone combines her professional skills, knowledge and experience with a commercial acumen and customer service focus. Simone specialises in working with leaders including CEO’s and Boards in the development and implementation of innovative and best practice, operational and strategic people solutions.
